Rose Petal Wine, a simple recipe.
Rose petal wine makes a very delicate dry white wine, which is fantastic for the homebrewer to have in their arsenal of wines!
It suits salads and light lunches, picnics and fruit baskets, as well as BBQ's and alfresco dinning. When ever the sun is shining rose petal wine will serve you and your guests well. The lower alcohol content (12% abv approx) makes this a very enjoyable summer session wine.
